All roles are based initially in Brahmanbaria (accommodation provided). The company plans to relocate to Dhaka within 4–6 months, with hybrid/remote flexibility based on performance.
📉 Backend Developer (Mid-Level)
Experience: 2–4 years
Vacancy: 1
Salary: BDT 90,000 – 100,000/month (negotiable for exceptional experience)
Education: CS/IT preferred or equivalent backend experience
✅ Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain backend services using the MERN stack or JavaScript.
- Implement data models, API endpoints, and database logic
- Assist in scaling content storage and delivery modules
- Debug and optimize code for performance and security
🔧 Tech Stack:
- Node.js, MongoDB, Express.js
- REST API, JWT Auth, file uploads
- Redis for caching and rate limiting
- WebSocket for real-time notifications
✨ Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with cloud deployments (AWS/GCP) or DevOps skills.
- API performance tuning, MongoDB indexing
- Understanding of DSA and low-level optimizations
- Prior experience with content-based platforms or social apps
- Hands-on experience SQL Databases.
