All roles are based initially in Brahmanbaria (accommodation provided). The company plans to relocate to Dhaka within 4–6 months, with hybrid/remote flexibility based on performance.
💻 Software Engineer (Backend Focused)
Experience: 3–4 years
Vacancy: 1
Salary: BDT 100,000 – 120,000/month (negotiable for exceptional experience)
Education: CSE/CS/IT from a reputed university or equivalent working experience (mandatory).
✅ Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a scalable backend architecture using Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB (MERN stack) or JavaScript.
- Develop RESTful APIs, caching strategies, and real-time services
- Integrate CDN, media storage (S3/MinIO), and video processing (FFmpeg)
- Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and product teams
- Apply real-world DSA knowledge and system design for performance
🔧 Tech Stack:
- Languages: Node.js, JavaScript (ES6+)
- Frameworks: Express.js, Socket.IO
- Databases: MongoDB, Redis, or PostgreSQL
- Video: FFmpeg, HLS, streaming server integration
- Tools: JWT, WebSocket, REST API, rate limiting, data validation

- Experience in microservices or modular architecture
- Familiar with GraphQL, Next.js API Routes
- Previous work on video platforms or media servers
- Understanding of OAuth2, API throttling, and data privacy
